A message dated May 9, 1998, was read stating the Senate has passed            
CSHB 370(FIN) with the following amendment and it is transmitted               
for consideration:                                                             
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 370(FIN)                                  
"An Act making appropriations for relief of the 1997 economic                 
disaster in Bristol Bay and on the Kuskokwim River; and                        
providing for an effective date."
